Today it's hard to get both at once. Reaching the right people is expensive, the quality of responses is uneven, and respondents rarely see the money.
So we built one trusted marketplace for both sides. Researchers target the demographics their study needs, and the study's budget is held for it until responses are approved. Respondents get cash rewards in Naira for the responses researchers approve.

The ground rules
Three things that hold for every study and every account on Ansarr.
Real, relevant people
Researchers target the demographics their study needs, and every respondent passes a qualification check before they can see real studies.
Paid fairly, in Naira
Every study pays at least ₦500 per estimated minute. Rewards land in your Ansarr wallet, you can withdraw from ₦10,000 to your own Nigerian bank account, and withdrawals are paid out every Friday.
Private by default
Every account is verified by phone. Researchers see an anonymous code with gender, state and education level, never names, phone numbers or bank details.
From question to payout
Every study runs the same four steps, from a researcher's budget to a respondent's bank account.

A researcher posts a study and funds it. The budget is held for the study until responses are approved.

Complete
Respondents who match the study's targeting, and have passed the qualification check, answer it.

Review
The researcher approves or rejects each response. Responses left unreviewed for 5 days are approved automatically.

Approved rewards land in the respondent's Ansarr wallet, ready to withdraw to their own Nigerian bank account.
