Acceptable Use Policy

Operated by Zoluna Limited (Nigeria) · Last updated: 30 June 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) sets out the conduct required of all users of the Ansarr platform, websites, and mobile application (the “Service”), operated by Zoluna Limited (“Zoluna”, “we”, “us”). This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to everyone who uses the Service, including Researchers (who publish and fund studies) and Participants (who complete studies for cash rewards). It governs how studies are created, how responses are submitted, how identities are verified, and how rewards are claimed and paid.

2. Prohibited conduct

You must not, and must not permit any other person to:

  • Create more than one account, or open, operate, or control accounts on behalf of others, in order to take part in or game the reward system.
  • Submit responses that are false, automated, bot-generated, rushed, plagiarised, duplicated, or otherwise not the product of genuine, good-faith participation.
  • Use scripts, bots, scrapers, emulators, VPNs or location-spoofing, or any automated or deceptive means to access the Service, qualify for studies, or claim rewards.
  • Provide false verification information, impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity, eligibility, or demographics.
  • Publish or link to surveys that are unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, malicious, sexually exploitative, hateful, or that collect data unlawfully.
  • Attempt to identify, de-anonymise, contact, harass, or collect prohibited personal data about other users.
  • Interfere with, probe, overload, or attempt to breach the security or integrity of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or any other illegal or fraudulent purpose.

3. Fraud detection & integrity controls

To keep the marketplace fair, we apply a range of controls, including: one verified account per phone number and device fingerprinting to detect multi-accounting; a mandatory qualification check and optional voice and identity verification tiers; automated speed and attention checks that flag suspicious submissions; per-study completion codes that tie each payment to a genuinely finished survey; a participant reputation score based on approval history; and Researcher review of every response before payment is released.

4. Consequences of breach

Where we detect or reasonably suspect a breach of this Policy, we may, with or without notice and at our discretion: reject affected responses; withhold, reverse, or forfeit rewards; delay or decline payouts; restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate the account(s) involved; and report the matter to our Payments Partner or to the relevant law-enforcement or regulatory authorities. These measures are in addition to any other rights or remedies available to us under the Terms of Service or applicable law.

5. Reporting & changes

If you become aware of any conduct that breaches this Policy, please report it to useansarr@gmail.com. We may update this Policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will be revised, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
